Respond to technical service calls and end users requirements in a timely fashion and ensure communication to global helpdesk through open & closed tickets.

Setup and maintenance of end users hardware/software including all applicable software licenses and inventory control.

Plan for preventative maintenance for all assigned hardware.

Provide technical support for presentations and events

Work with different internal support groups and consequent follow up for problems that can?t be solved locally or immediately.

Completion of secondary school and electronic, computer or related studies
1 to 2 years of related experience
MCSA (formerly MCITP) Certifications
Microsoft Client and Server operating system configuration
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, exchange, active directory, and other office applications
Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012
Mobile equipment configuration
Structured cabling knowledge
IP telephone knowledge
LAN Networks and network security knowledge
Ability to set priorities
SAP experience an asset
PI Software an asset
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
