Provide technical support, ensuring the quality and satisfaction of end users. Encourage the implementation of standards and policies related to quality, safety and environment. Interact with business lines with the purpose of knowing the best practices and trends of services for end users.

Key responsibilities/processes of this role.
1) Respond to technical service calls and end users requirements in a timely fashion and ensure communication to global helpdesk through open & closed tickets.

2) Setup and maintenance of end users hardware/software including all applicable software licenses and inventory control.

3) Plan for preventative maintenance for all assigned hardware.

4) Provide technical support for presentations and events

5) Work with different internal support groups and consequent follow up for problems that can’t be solved locally or immediately.

Ability to apply common sense and understanding, carry out instructions. Multi-tasking environment with interruptions from many sources during the day

Completion of secondary school and electronic, computer or related studies
1 to 2 years experience
