We are currently recruiting to fill several Technical Support Representative jobs in London, ON.  Our client, one of Canada’s largest and most respected financial institutions, is looking for a number of Technical Support Representatives to join their growing team in London, ON.  The successful candidates will be tasked with taking inbound technical support calls in a busy help desk environment.  The rate of pay for this role is $17.50/hr.

The responsibilities for these Technical Support Representative jobs include: 
Provide first level technical support
Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback
Work in a fast paced, 24/7 call centre environment

Minimum one year technical support experience in a help desk environment
Can multi-task while staying organized
Have superior communication skills
Flexibility with shifts, 24/7 environment, with the main shift bucket as Monday-Friday 7am-11pm
Minimum High School Diploma completed
Clean Criminal and Credit Check (we complete)
