Adecco is currently recruiting for an IT Project Coordinator in Ottawa, ON for our client, a large Crown Corporation. This is a great 6-month contract opportunity to start as soon as possible with the possibility of further extension.

IT Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Support the Project Lead and team members with the implementation of the Travel Directive issued by the Treasury Board
- Develop spreadsheets to perform data analysis and user tools
- Create and update job aids and training materials
- Develop and execute IT solution test cases
- Document management, including taking and organizing meeting notes
- Assist the project team as required

IT Project Coordinator Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access
- Concise and professional business writing skills
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience using Excel and Access to perform data analysis
- At least 2 year's experience in a project support role
- Currently hold a Reliability Status Security Clearance
