Roevin Technology an IT division of Adecco is currently recruiting for Bilingual Desktop Technicians (4 months contract)
to join our client’s onsite support team across Canada. As a Part time On-Call Desktop Technician, you will be expected to travel to the various client locations across the city and arrive onsite within 3 hours of the request being made to provide desktop and/or printer troubleshooting support. The level of expertise needed for this role is at a level 1 Break fix technician, and our client is looking for individuals with great hands on support experience, coupled with exceptional customer service skills.

Location : Hawkesbury, ON

Qualifications:


Manage incoming requests for IT services;
Prioritize request and assign them to proper workgroup;
Should be bilingual
Excellent communication skills, focused on client service experience;
Ability to stay concentrated for long periods of time;
Capacity to pay attention to details;
Ability to multitask, managing multiple tasks at the same time;
Strong troubleshooting and analytic skills;
Excellent time management skills;
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite;
Has a driver’s license and car;
Ability to obtain security clearance.
