Roevin is currently hiring for a temporary IT Helpdesk Support (1 year contract) in Vancouver BC. To be considered for this IT Helpdesk Support role, you must have 4 years of IT helpdesk experience supporting Windows and MS Office / O365. Our client operates ethically and with integrity and grow their business through operational excellence and flawless execution. Salary will be competitive in the industry.

IT Helpdesk Support Responsibilities:


Repair, substitute or reinstall or reprogram software as necessary


PC and other hardware set up for new employees
Ability to do PC upgrades and break/fix
Image PCs and laptops, create and manage images


Provide technical Helpdesk support to internal staff


Backup data as necessary in order to restore functionality


IT Helpdesk Support Qualifications:


Must have minimum 4 years of IT helpdesk experience supporting Windows and MS Office / O365


Skills for capturing and deploying images of Windows 7/8/10


a strong understanding of networking and TCP/IP
Have broad experience with PC & console gaming technology and products
Quick trouble shooting skills
Experience in PC gaming technology like CPUs, GPUs, overclocking and performance tweaking
