Adecco is currently hiring a Recruitment/Sales Consultant - Permanent Search to join our team in Orangeville

We are looking for an experienced Consultant who,under minimal supervision, sells and fills permanent placement orders,develops new permanent placement business and matches qualified candidates with job orders based on specific client needs.

Recruitment/Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop potential permanent placement orders. Market Adecco's permanent placement services in addition to other lines of business when applicable.
Perform follow up calls to gather information regarding open positions with clients and prospects, and maintain up to date records of all client contact and visits.
Recruit and interview prospective candidates ensuring the most effective possible match between client and candidate.
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that will support client needs.
Assist the Branch Manager in identifying and developing local opportunities for increased exposure of Adecco. Represent the organization as a member of personnel associations, community groups, and business organizations to promote the Adecco brand and expand business contacts.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Recruitment/Sales Consultant Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
At least two (2) years recruitment experience; outside sales experience highly desirable.
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess excellent organizational skills.
An ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
The ability to be Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
Proven consistent high levels of customer service performance and be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Flexibility to travel within region, must have own transportation
Ability to confidently source and approach new prospects, utilizing excellent presentation skills.
Skill in the art of networking, as evidenced by current contacts in the local professional and business community.
