JOB SUMMARY:

With a focus on maintaining superior levels of customer satisfaction, matches the skills of temporary associates with the needs of Adecco¿s clients while ensuring the branch¿s financial goals are met.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Effectively attracts and sources qualified candidates for specific accounts.

2. Screens resumes and conducts interviews to ensure that candidates are suitable for the client work environment.

3. Ensures the testing and background check requirements are completed per the client contract.

4. Provides follow-up to clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders.

5. Identifies opportunities for increased or new lines of business with clients, and promotes Adecco¿s products and services.

6. Consults and coordinates with Sales employees, the Branch Manager and/or the Regional Vice President to better understand client needs, maximize the level of service, encourage relationship building and provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands.

7. Performs other duties as assigned
















POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education Experience Technical
Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility. A minimum of two (2) years related experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset.


Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
