Adecco is currently hiring for a four month contract position as a Recruitment Consultant job in Calgary, AB. To be considered for this position you must have post-secondary education in human resources or business administration. The salary for this position is competitive and will depend on experience.

Recruitment Consultant Job Requirements:

Perform health and safety inspections of client job sites
Communicate and liaison with clients and stay up to date on their staffing needs
Select, prescreen, and interview temporary and contract candidates on behalf of our client companies
Send assessment testing to candidates and evaluate
Provide coaching and counseling to associates when required
Onboard qualified associates and help them understand how to log hours and job expectations
Market and sell to prospective clients and help to grow the business


Post-secondary education in human resources or business administration
Experience working in recruiting or human resources is an asset
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good time management and organizational skills
