Successfully run a full 360 desk with an IT specialty and build a team of Executive Recruiters
Identifies qualified candidates through various mediums and recruitment techniques, including 'head hunting' in order to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.
Fills and services client orders efficiently through recruiting, interviewing, testing, referencing, matching and placing permanent or direct hire candidates.
Skill markets candidates with high demand qualifications to current and potential clients.
Maintains thorough documentation utilizing CRM technology and completes reports as required.
Builds a team of Executive Recruiters from participating in the internal recruitment process and guide/mentor/coach these hires through a hands on, driven approach.
Meet with the Manager of the Division on a regular basis to provide updates, share ideas, develop new sales and recruitment initiatives, and more.
Requirements for this Division Director job opening in Toronto, ON include:
Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, or a minimum of 5+ years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in a 360 desk setting (sales and recruitment).
IT Staffing experience is a strong asset, although not required.
Ability to self-manage (although various training mediums will be available along with management scope), a drive to succeed, a motivated mindset, a hunger to pay yourself uncapped earning potential and an excitement to custom build a team to great success are all required.
