Our client is looking for a Junior Sales Recruiter to join their growing team on a fulltime basis. Candidate must have experience recruiting for commission based Sales Representatives.

The Junior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the strategy and execution of a plan to find qualified talent for all of our sales positions at Head Office. They will be working in harmony with the HR Department to develop effective staffing strategies for current and future needs and implement a variety of sourcing techniques to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. This position will regularly interface and exchange information on all levels of senior management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruit and select new candidates (source, screen, conduct reference checks, onboard) for commission-based Sales Representatives.
Work with hiring managers to ensure hiring process moves forward and goals are met.
Work with hiring managers to develop ongoing interviewing skills and a commitment to hitting hiring goals.
Manage the candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.
Evaluate skill level and manage offer process, including offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines.
Administrative tasks such as filing, posting jobs on various sites, updating database and project management tool.
Meet monthly recruitment targets.
Track goals, metrics, and performance of the sales process and regularly communicate.
Participate in various campus recruiting related events.
Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Proficient in HVAC industry re sales as well as residential sales recruitment can be an asset.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Abilities and Attributes

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process.
Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through.
Highly motivated, self-directed and possess high energy.

Qualifications—Education and Certifications

University Degree or College Diploma with a specialization in HR.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruiting role with an emphasis on recruiting, sales or equivalent experience.
Proven experience head-hunting candidates.
