Adecco’s Recruitment Centre of Excellence is seeking full-time and part-time candidates for the role of Resume Screener in London, ON. This is an ongoing contract position that offers $13.00 per hour.

If you are a highly motivated professional who has very strong attention to detail, and an interest in learning about various job roles, then this could be an exciting opportunity for you! Our environment is quiet, friendly and supportive. Due to the nature of the work, it allows for autonomy, a very flexible schedule, as well as, a bonus pay per performance structure.

You will be part of a resume review team, using your ability to quickly read, process and score resumes in strict accordance with our clients hiring standards. You will evaluate and identify the best resumes based on defined criteria, their hiring guidelines and policies.

Resume Screener Key Responsibilities:

- High-volume resume screening: monitor, review and take action on the daily influx of candidate resumes, accurately screening against defined criteria
- Strong ability to concentrate while reading and interpreting complex text for long periods of time; Must have the ability to read, comprehend and analyse quickly.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and team members to understand selection criteria, receive and action feedback, and deliver a high level of customer service every time

Resume Screener Qualifications:

- Completion of Grade 12 education
- Demonstrable background working in a very fast paced, high volume environment where attention to detail is of the highest importance
- Strong reading comprehension, time management, organizational ability and communication skills
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & email applications
- Bilingual French/English an asset
- Recruitment background preferred, but not essential
