Adecco is currently hiring a RIBO Licensed Customer Service/Insurance Broker for one of our clients in Dufferin County. The Customer Service/Insurance Broker is responsible for building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with clients by meeting and exceeding expectations. You must demonstrate a very high level of professionalism while completing tasks with superior customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Answering inbound calls
- Completing Auto Substitutions
- Handle and complete client transactions
- Preparing quotes
- Respond to company and/or client concerns/inquiries in a timely, professional and courteous manner
- Strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

- Must have active RIBO License in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years' previous insurance experience
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office Applications
