Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time permanent IT Project Manager job in Edmonton or Calgary, AB. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing technology related projects for customers by actively managing schedule, scope, risks and budgets. Our client is a well established, dynamic IT consulting firm who is rapidly expanding to accommodate growing demands from a large client base. Our client is based in Edmonton with offices in Calgary and would therefore consider individuals who reside in either city.
IT Project Manager Responsibilities:

Deliver quotes prepared by your team to applicable stakeholders
Create and review schedule, scope and budgets along with resources, roles and responsibilities, risks and constraints
Act as an escalation point during project delivery
Review completed projects for adherence to process ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Manage all aspects of assigned projects and portfolio from cradle to grave
Review, revise and submit monthly invoices

Qualifications:

The idea candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of direct related experience in a similar role with the proven ability to work in an ever changing, fast paced environment
Strong knowledge of IT applications, processes, software and equipment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to coach, guide and mentor a team of IT professional on multiple projects
Knowledge of ITIL standards
Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniques
Experience in business analysis, profit/loss responsibilities and a good understanding of general business finances
