Roevin Technology is hiring for an IT Due Diligence Manager for one of our leading professional services clients located in Downtown Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and has entrepreneurial attitude to support the client's growth.

The ideal candidate will be willing to work in a transactional, deadline driven environment that requires strong work ethic, mental endurance and teamwork.

IT Due Diligence Manager Responsibilities:
- Advising our client on pre-deal IT due diligence issues, risks and costs that may impact the deal value
- Reviewing target's robustness and scalability of IT applications, IT processes, and infrastructure, their ability to meet business objectives and plan in line with top-line growth objectives
- Highlighting unplanned costs and inhibitors to growth, business continuity and stability
- Identifying and quantifying IT cost savings initiatives and IT synergies
- Helping factor transition costs post-deal and mitigate risks
- Reviewing TSA scope, duration and costs as well as supporting our client during the TSA negotiation
- Developing post-deal plan and implementation options for IT function
- Performing industry research, producing benchmarks and collecting KPIs
- Working closely with our Transaction Services colleagues during the due diligence phase and later with our Integration and Services colleagues to support the transition towards post-deal activities
- Participating in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities
- Contributing to a team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude

IT Due Diligence Manager Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in IT with broad IT expertise including ERP systems, business applications, technology infrastructure trends, IT governance and IT internal controls
- Prior experience in managing large IT projects and multiple stakeholders
- Prior experience in M&A, ideally supporting IT assessment during the pre-deal due diligence phase
- Prior experience in working in private equity groups or their portfolio companies will be viewed favorably
- Proven delivery of IT cost reduction and performance enhancement initiatives will be viewed favorably
- Strong analytical, problem solving and business diagnostic skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to challenge, question and investigate facts is a key part of the due diligence process
- Meticulous attention to details
