Adecco is currently hiring for an Integrated Communications Marketing Manager in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for this Integrated Communications Marketing Manager role, you must have 3-5 years in B2B Marketing, experience in B2B digital communications and engagement and media marketing, demonstrated superior writing and content creation skills, and must be social media savvy and have an online presence. Our client is a highly professional and innovative technology organization. This Integrated Communications Marketing Manager role is a 6-month contract with the high potential of extension and has a pay rate of $30.25 per hour.

Integrated Communications Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
• Responsible for helping to develop and executive integrated marketing campaigns within budget, timelines, and compliance to drive business outcomes
• Work with IMC and Partner team to clearly identify business goals, audience strategies, and communication priorities
• Build and maintain partner communications calendar
• Responsible for owning Audience Access process for Microsoft groups to communicate with Partner Audiences (e.g. product/audience marketers)
• Responsible for assisting with maintaining marketing channels to ensure effective communications and target end actions
• Responsible for ongoing social listening and outreach processes
• Own Social Media editorial calendar (as part of overall communications calendar) for each of the client’s Partner audiences
• Assisting with maintaining and evolving communication messaging and creating a consistent voice through case study initiatives
• Responsible fro tracking, reporting, analysis and insight for communications and channels including social media and analyze data and trends to apply in development of integrated marketing communication campaigns and social media

Integrated Communications Marketing Manager Qualifications:
• 3-5 years in B2B Marketing; background & knowledge in B2B technology
• Experience with technology or communications company
• Currently publish a personal or other form of digital content on consistent basis
• Has demonstrated high level of collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups
• Understand how to create brand appropriate voice that can build authentic, relevant, interactive, B2B relationships in communications
• Strong analytical skills
• Energetic self-starter, with bias for action and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Project management skills – good at establishing clear directions: sets stretching objectives; distributes the workload appropriately; lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner; maintains two-way dialog with others on work and results; is a clear communicator
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English, Communications, Public Relations Marketing, Journalism and/or relevant work experience.
