Roevin Engineering and Technology is currently hiring for a full time permanent Mechanical Project Engineer in Toronto, ON. To be considered for this Mechanical Project Engineer role, you must have minimum four years relevant experience and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. This will be a great opportunity for someone to gain more experience on projects, proposals and become a well-rounded project engineer within Mechanical Engineering. Travel outside Canada could be a crucial part of this role.

Mechanical Project Engineer Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and preparing technical wind tunnel equipment specifications
- Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings to compile material and equipment lists, collecting related equipment and hardware pricing and assimilating associated data into pricing documentation
- Reviewing RFQs and organizing, drafting proposal documentation
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate all engineering and design activities to deliver a project on time and on budget
- Prepare technical specifications for purchased equipment
- Instruct contractors and suppliers and their activities to ensure products/equipment meet technical requirements
- Effectively review and manage technical submittals from Others
- Supervise site installation and equipment integration
- Coordinate the integrated equipment start-up
- Assisting Project Managers in carrying out routine technical and commercial duties

Mechanical Project Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- Eligible to get P.Eng. status
- Minimum four and maximum seven years' relevant experience
- Minimum two years' design experience
- Minimum two years' project management experience
- Excellent analytical skills and writing skills
- Additional Languages are an asset as may be useful for travelling
