Our growing Burlington client who specializes in the Real Estate industry is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years management experience and will be responsible for coordinating a team of 8-10 people in a busy Real Estate office.
¿ Builds, leads, manages and inspires the entire Organization (Sales and Admin)
¿ Day-to-day management of full time and part time administration team including training, workflow, creation of job descriptions, communication, team structure, implementation of responsibilities and ongoing accountability
¿ Personally oversees all team systems and works to streamline processes
¿ Budget management, oversees payroll
¿ Accountability to accuracy for all trade records, EFTs, AP for bookkeeping, legal contracts, licenses, trademarks, copyrights, etc.
¿ Grows the team through systems and processes that bring in additional business.
¿ Team communications and updates on licensing requirements, CE Classes, Suggested Education Sessions
¿ Holds weekly meetings with core management team and one-on-one¿s as needed
¿ Involved in all Team Meetings
¿ All HR functions from recruiting, processing, to onboarding with department leaders

You must have a Bachelor of Business or Commerce.
You must be a proven leader with very strong oral and written communication skills. You must be a strong problem solver and able to multi-task in a busy environment. You must be confident but also approachable. Strong business experience in required. Real estate background would be a definite asset.
