Our Alliston client who specializes in the automotive industry is looking for a Communications Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years related experience and will have demonstrated experience developing and managing a strategic communication plan, planning large events, managing the social media for the company, establish and manage a corporate communications calendar and you must have experience acting as a media liason. You will also manage a charitable donations program.
You must also be able to oversee, write and edit all content for the various communication channels for internal and external audiences.
A Post-secondary education in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations is required. You must have proven leadership skills coupled with a personality that is self disciplined, highly motivated and creative.
