We have an Operations Leader job available in Toronto,ON. In this role, you will be responsible for the alignment of operational structure, policies and procedures with Adecco Canada?s evolving business vision. As a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, you act as a subject matter expert for both clients and internal colleagues on technological and operational systems and are the senior-most point of escalation. You will be expected to maintain and, when applicable, develop and implement business processes to respond to client requirements, to increase productivity with process efficiencies, reduce costs, improve quality and drive enhanced client and associate satisfaction.

As a qualified candidate, you have a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience within the staffing industry in a similar customer service leadership role. You are a strategic thinker and have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability influence and motivate others. You understand the evolving needs of clients in the marketplace as they relate to staffing; both general and professional, and are flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Solutions oriented, project management skills and a passion for excellence round out your skill set.

The Operations Leader job duties and responsibilities include:

*Oversees the organization?s operational functions; develops and implements efficient branch policies and processes required to carry out the business; ensuring compliance with North American and global requirements and evolving business requirements.

* Supports the business in any client-development opportunities, acting as a subject matter expert in assisting with RFP questions relating to process and technological aspects of the business and presenting or supporting the presentation of these to clients when required.

*Leads the Central Order Management function and team responsible for tool account orders across the branch network and meeting tool account/client KPIs.

*Manages the national branch Quality Process Review (QPR) function and any remedial work required to ensure compliance requirements are met.

*Sources and procures vendors providing field end solutions such as background checks, job boards, etc.

*Works closely with senior counterparts in the US and global operations teams to ensure Canadian requirements are taken into account when any technological/process changes are implemented, and manages the rollout of such changes.

*Manages any field training with respect to branch processes, procedures, and any technological changes.

*Manages the field applications/support team which develops client reporting and productivity enhancements.

Operations Leader Qualifications:

*Completion of Post Secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience.

*A minimum of 8-10 years related work experience required within the staffing industry.

*Detailed knowledge of general, quality, operational, billing and payroll processes.

*Proficient in Applicant Tracking, Employee Database and PC Software packages (MS Word, Excel and e-mail applications)
