Adecco on behalf of our Client is looking to fill a Payroll Coodinator job in Tillsonburg, ON.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring employee payroll information is entered accurately and on a timely basis.  Ensure that attendance is tracked on a accurate basis and co-relates to payroll records. 

The responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator job include:
Verify timesheets and compare to in-house system for accuracy
Enter new employee information into the payroll system
Ensure terminated employees are removed from the system
Enter bonus information, vacation information and hours worked into payroll spreadsheets
Assist with bi-weekly payroll preparation, including creating and distributing paystubs
Assist with T4 preparation and distribution
Compare the attendance records to the payroll analysis of actual vs scheduled hours
Other payroll duties as required

At least 2-3 years experience in a payroll role
Experience with ADP
Highly motivated with strong attentino to detail
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills
