Payroll Analyst l $77K - $91K+ l Burnaby l Permanent

Adecco Professional has partnered up with one ofVancouver’s high profile organizations to seek for a Payroll Analyst. You will be performing complex technical and analytical work related to bi-weekly payroll; investigate and resolve issues; provide assistance and guidance to payroll staff.


Assists in the design, development, testing and implementation of the payroll and time entry system.
Monitors time and labour approvals and system access.
Assists in the development, execution and analysis of test plans or scripts related to system upgrades and tax updates.
Plans, coordinates, supervises and reviews the preparation of the annual, monthly and bi-weekly payroll reports.
Investigates and responds to payroll related enquiries from employees, time coordinators, Directors and outside organizations.
Assists in the planning, coordination, execution and testing of payroll reports, including annual T4 documents.


Minimum 5 years of recent, related experience in a multi-union, full-cycle payroll environment supplemented by post secondary education or relevant diploma
Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS or equivalent ERP systems.
Designation as a Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) with the Canadian Payroll Association.
Advanced MS Office Suite.
