Our client has an opening for a Bilingual (French/English) Payroll Coordinator job in the London, ON area. You must have a minimum of two years related experience. As part of this dynamic team, the ideal candidate is someone who can communicate in both official languages, provide outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven, team oriented environment. This position is responsible for ensuring you are processing payroll for our clients workforce, while ensuring our clients related billing transactions are accurate and processed in a timely fashion. Experience with automated accounting, payroll or billing tools is an asset but not required, training will be provided.

The Bilingual (French/English) Payroll Coordinator job duties and responsibilities include:

*Verifies hours submitted through clients system and inputs any hours not submitted or missed. Works with and advises department personnel when the workforce has not followed the correct process.

*Monitors and notifies department personnel of timesheet ommisions and ensures all hours are verified prior to payment.

*Verifies all applicable payroll reports to help ensureany corrections or adjustments are processed accurately and timely.

*Engages with client partners to ensure invoices are produced accurately.

*Provides ongoing education and guidance to department personnel to further their understanding of the payroll systems and processes.

*Receives and processes benefit enrollment forms and sends benefit information packages to eligible work force.


*High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

*A minimum of two (2) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

*Experience with an automated payroll and/or billing system is an asset.

*Must be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail.

*Superior Bilingual communication (written and verbal) in French and English is required.

*Working knowledge of applicable provincial payroll legislation and regulations.
