Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Quality Documentation Specialist for a 6 month contract at our Ottawa, ON client's medical manufacturing facility. To qualify for this role you must have successfully graduated from a related diploma or degree program and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Requirements for Quality Documentation Specialist Role:

- Graduated from a related diploma or degree program
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- An effective team player
- Strong computer skills including MS Project, Web Applications (GQMS) and documentation control database (ie. Mastercontrol)

Responsibilities for Quality Documentation Specialist Role:

- Generate and manage CAPA documents (ERs, PCs, CAs, PAs, Investigations) on behalf of technical document owners throughout the organization.
- Act in the role as Initiator, Evaluator, Resolution Planner, and Investigator to complete CAPA documents.
- Facilitating CAPA document completion in a timely manner to established timelines.
- Support operations and provide guidance on how to document and manage CAPA activities.
- Perform and facilitate root cause analysis.
- Prepare and present quality metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned.
