Inventory Clerk Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Inventory supporting As-Is Screening and ROR & RMA; including but not limited to cycle counting.

Inventory Clerk Pay rate starts at $15/hr, and moves to $15.50/hr after 3 months and $16/hr after 1 year.

Inventory Clerk Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication/people skills.

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Ability to work with various teams and independently
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, SAP and FileMaker.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and work overtime to meet business requirements
Effective organizational skills, and advanced problem solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining and upholding safety rules and security policy.

Inventory Clerk Responsibilities include:

Responsible for all central inventory control by ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives
Ensuring Inventory is validated in a timely manner and maintain sufficient inventory to sustain operations.
Placing an order for necessary inventory as and when required
Hold accountability for inventory in the department and maintain records.
Ensure the physical inventory matches with the systematic inventory
Implement a process to ensure smooth flow of inventory.

Inventory Clerk Tasks:

Ensuring that the process/procedures are being followed as per the Customers expectation by performing audits throughout the shift to ensure process integrity
Communicate and Liaise between the department leads and supervisor as and when required
Ensure all necessary inventory adjustments are done in a timely manner.
Work closely with the shippers to ensure the entire required inventory is available for shipping process.
