Job title : Project Manager for R&D Team (Ottawa) - Full time

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Accountable for and ensures all assigned projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and of the highest quality.
Accountable for: project plan, amending projects, updating status, escalation process, delivery commitment, attitude, reporting problems and project closure.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Technology or equivalent

What are we looking for?

Minimum 12 years of experience in a Project Manager role in a software technology environment
Adept at using the agile methodology to lead teams through projects; Must have Agile Project Management Experience: 4 years or more
Experience managing software development projects
Adept at using standard Agile Project Management Tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented and exceptional time management skills
Able to participate in productive discussions with technical and non-technical team members across different locations
Able to work under stress and conflicting timelines when necessary
Strong interpersonal skills and articulates/communicates in a clear and concise, data-driven manner
Flexible, energetic and able to work well with others in a client-focused, innovative and cross-functional environment
