Adecco is currently hiring for a Senior Property Appraiser in the Greater Toronto Area, ON. The Senior Property Appraiser position will require the incumbent to possess an AACI or CRA designation coupled with a minimum of 3-5 years of direct related work experience.

Our client is a well-established full service property appraisal company operating several branches across Canada. They offer stability, a strong corporate structure, training and career development and the opportunity to work with a diverse ?high volume? portfolio. They are offering competitive commission rates and bonuses based on performance and qualifications. This is a home office position that can be based out of the GTA or surrounding areas which includes Simcoe, Waterloo, Windsor, Niagara Falls, Tillsonburg, Peterborough and London.


Senior Propperty Appraiser Responsibilities:


*Review and analyze client provided information, gather property specific data and complete site appraisals of complex residential and commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner

*The Senior Appraiser will join the high value and complex assignment team.

*Prepare and submit appraisal reports for processing

*As a designated member, you will train, coach and mentor to a small team of candidate Appraisers reviewing and monitoring performance and acting as a resource for career development

*Co-sign all candidate member appraisals


Qualifications:


*Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in complex residential and commercial property appraisals

*Designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada

*Valid driver?s license and access to a vehicle

*Intermediate skills in MSOffice applications

*Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

*Previous experience training, coaching, mentoring and developing a small team

*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

*Ability to work independently to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, product quality and attention to detail
