Adecco Employment Services is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Bilingual Receptionist. We are currently recruiting for a temporary contract with one of our clients in Saint John, NB.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, extensive computer experience and superior organization skills. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Bilingual Receptionist Responsibilities:

¿ Ordering supplies
¿ Professionally greeting clients
¿ Supporting the office staff
¿ Taking incoming calls
¿ Other administrative duties as required

Bilingual Receptionist Skills:
A minimum of 2 years¿ experience as a receptionist
Exceptional organizational skills
A minimum of 2 years¿ previous customer service experience
Ability to problem solve
Work well under pressure and meet required deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be extremely professional
Strong computer knowledge (MS Office) with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Must be fluently bilingual (English/French)
