Front Desk Administrator, Coquitlam, BC

Our established client has moved into their brand new offices in Coquitlam and now are in search of someone to fill the most important role in the company the first point of contact for their employees and customers.

This reception area is pretty unique with a big open space and lots of natural light but it is a bit removed from the rest of the team so we are looking for someone who will own the area and have a sense of pride in their delivery of first impressions.

Along with a great telephone manner we¿re needing you to bring your strong administrative skills, creativity and proactive attitude as this role will grow with the company and boy are they growing!

From social events to helping with company newsletter you will be a culture champion from day one. You'll be interacting with everyone from senior leadership to the front line production team so your communication skills and ability to relate to a variety of people will be paramount.

Added plus would be an interest in the natural supplement or healthy lifestyle sector

Company is transit accessible but having a car wouldn't hurt.
