We are a professional and corporate organization located in the downtown core of Toronto, ON and we are currently seeking a polished, front line Corporate Receptionist to help with the smooth running of our busy office - both in person and over the phone!! This is a full-time, temporary position for a dynamic, polished organization.
The primary responsibilities of the role will be front line receptionist duties such as answering/transferring a moderate volume of calls, scheduling/booking and setting up boardrooms, meet and greet, deal with couriers etc. This person is also the kitchen representative so is responsible for the supplies being ordered, filling the items to keep stocked, fill/run/empty the dishwasher and related tasks. This position may also require a variety of administrative tasks as requested such as typing documentation, mailroom duties, ordering supplies, filing, and more.

Keys for this role include having a corporate, polished and professional demeanor, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a warm/corporate telephone manner and at least 6 months of reception experience from a corporate, professional setting. Experience within MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), a positive, flexible attitude and someone who is well organized and detailed.
