Adecco is currently hiring for a Receptionist in Toronto, ON on a temporary basis for vacation/seasonal coverage. Receptionist responsibilities may include;

Meet and greet all levels of clientele in a professional manner
Answer and redirect a high volume of calls
Maintain and update visitor log
Book appointments, boardrooms and meetings
Escort executives to meeting areas
Any other administrative tasks when required


Receptionist qualifications;

Post secondary education
At least 1 year experience in a front desk corporate reception role
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of clientele
Ability to control multiple priorities
Strong MS Office skills
