Our client, located in mid-town Toronto is currently seeking to hire a temp-to-perm Receptionist/Administrator to help with the smooth running of the office - both in person and over the phone!! The duties of this Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON will include, but not be limited to a variety of tasks from front-line corporate reception (meet and greet, answer/transfer calls, couriers, book multiple boardrooms) to administration (updating lists/databases, creating spreadsheets, mailroom, filing) to hostess responsibilities (kitchen duties, serving coffee/tea/water, seating clients) etc. The hours for this role will be 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
