Answer and dispatch phone calls to staff
Meet and greet all levels of clientele in a professional manner
Book boardrooms and meetings whilst maintaining calendars
Complete various clerical duties

Receptionist qualifications;

Related post-secondary education or relevant work related experience
At least 2 year experience in a front desk corporate reception role or an administrative capacity
Bilingual (French/English)

Ability to control multiple priorities, to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn other PC applications and programs
