Adecco Professional has a client located in Markham, ON, who is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their dynamic, busy team! This is a full time, ongoing temporary position with the working hours being 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The client is accessible by York Region Transit or if you drive there is also free parking on site offered. It is key to note that there is a strong possibility this could become something more permanent down the road so it is best suited for someone looking for a career in a dynamic, positive, growing organization.

Some of the responsibilities for the Receptionist job opening in Markham, ON may include:


*Meet and greet all levels of clientele in a polished, professional manner

*Answer and redirect a varied volume of calls that can come in spurts

*Maintain and update visitor log regarding guests in and out

*Deal with in and outgiong couriers

*Schedule meeting rooms primarily in MS Outlook

*Escort executives to meeting areas, some hostess responsibilities could also be a part of this

*Any other administrative or clerical tasks when required which could include but not be limited to data entry, document creation, reporting, filing, scanning etc.
