Adecco Canada is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Brand Manager in Toronto, ON.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years' of experience in marketing/brand management and skills with digital marketing practices and web performance analytics.

Working closing with the Director, Brand Marketing, and as the business lead, the Senior Brand Manager has overall responsibility for delivering high quality, impactful marketing initiatives for a leading wholesale brand, presenting and executing marketing tactics that generate a strong ROI (good return on investment) and drive positive results for the organization.

Brand Manager Responsibilities :

Work with the leadership team to develop the annual brand plan backed by research, financial analysis and inputs from key stakeholders and partners

Lead all digital marketing activities including email blasts, web advertising, social and website maintenance.

Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns with the team and our key stakeholders
Assume the responsibility of the day-to-day communications with sales management, operations and the 91+ warehouse locations relating to regional and national marketing initiatives
Work with cross functional teams to support the opening of new wireless kiosks
Work with our network partners (Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Fido) to develop integrated quarterly go-to-market plans and effective promotions that will drive traffic, and increase ability to close sales in-store
Partner with handset manufacturers to launch new products and build promotions
Develop and maintain a marketing dash board and on-going reporting that measures key brand metrics
Facilitates a weekly status meeting with Marketing and a weekly meeting with the Business Lead
Present quarterly banner reviews for Sales and Marketing management
Management of an annual marketing budget

Brand Manager Requirements :

BComm in Marketing or MBA or commensurate years of experience required
Minimum of 5 years in marketing and 2 years in brand management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail and/or wireless (preferred)
Strong analytical skills with experience in customer insight and/or consumer research
Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing practices and web performance analytics
Strong client management and follow up skills
Project Management experience and high attention to detail
Excellent communicator with strong cross functional team management experience
Strong at managing and tracking marketing budgets
Demonstrated ability to work under tight timelines
Highly organized and able to multi task effortlessly
Continually looking to improve results, process and working relationships
Comfortable making presentations to internal and external leadership
Ability to advocate for the brand internally and externally
French fluency would be an asset

Effective Date : Immediately
Salary range : 70-80k
