Our growing Burlington client who is a leader in providing IT service support is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in B2B phone sales and will be responsible for the following:

A motivated, hard-working individual who will:
• Proactively promote our education, consulting and special events through outbound calls
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads to sales
• Generate new leads by contacting organizations within a defined territory
• Work collaboratively with consulting team to create custom solutions to meet customer needs
• Participate in targeted campaigns/promotions to increase sales
• Accurately record sales activities and follow-up actions in our CRM database

YOU HAVE…
• 2+ years of prior work experience in a B2B phone sales role
• Post-secondary education
• Perseverance and an ability to overcome objections in order to achieve sales targets
• Exceptional phone manner with strong listening skills and ability to influence others
• Accurate data entry skills coupled with previous CRM database experience (MS Dynamics)
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• The desire and ability to learn about our products and services in order to promote them to our customers
This position is a base salary of 40K-42K with commission. You should be at 50-55K by end of first year.
