Title: Inside Sales Representative / Order Desk
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager (Directly)
General Manager (Indirectly)
Job Objectives:
The Inside Sales Representative / Order Desk is responsible for selling Marme products, assisting customers with their product needs by providing an exemplary customer experience (asking the customer questions to determine their needs and engaging the customer with their product knowledge, suggestive selling items for the customer’s immediate needs and recommending additional items that will meet or exceed the customers’ expectations); qualifies/processes prospective leads prior to account assignment, and actively sells to B2B and B2C customers.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
The Inside Sales Representative / Order Desk’s responsibilities/accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

Answer the phone, greet customers using S.U.P.E.R. formula ( S- smile & greet; U-understand customer needs; P – propose solution; E- evaluate concerns; R- retain customers)

Accountable for daily Open Order review, make sure Open Order of all sales reviewed and updated
Responsible for applying all the labels for the showroom samples
Manages employee’s time cards for processing every other Thursdays before 5 p.m.
Accountable for entering, checking and printing all customer service issues ( cases) in SalesForce (SF)
Responsible to receive office supplies, check the packing list and distribute them on the same day to the assign area
Responsible to create and update weekly, the Customer Service Binder, that has two parts, to be included in the weekly meeting discussion:
Part One – Customer service issue resolution documentation

Case #
Case Name
Description and the reason(s) for the problem
Resolution details
Part Two – examples of great customer service
Responsible to present all new customer issue cases for the weekly meeting

Responsible to prepare new product arrivals, emails to customers etc.
Responsible to invoice customers every Friday
Closes batches, match them with the cash report, and report to the Marketing & Sales Manager all discrepancies immediately
Properly receive and process customers’ orders on the same day (Enter information in Salesforce daily)
