You naturally enjoy helping people and providing support to residential and business clients. You are a motivated Customer Service Representative who wants to make a difference in everything what you do: inside sales, record keeping, dispatching, client retention, you name it. No job is too big or too small for you. You are committed to your profession. My client, a well-established alarm and security company is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative for its Vancouver office. This is NOT a call center job! They offer 40-42K salary, benefits, and a lot of growth opportunity!

Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

Customer support in-house and on the phone
Handle cancellations and move/relocation notifications
Work in conjunction with sales and service departments
Providing the sales team with leads from existing or new potential customers
Record keeping
Follow-up on any service related matters that require special attention
Coordinate with service providers to ensure the customers are receiving the best possible service
Various administration duties

Customer Service Representative qualifications:

Customer service / inside sales experience (3+ years)
Good prioritizing, multitasking and organizing skills
Basic technical aptitude;
Strong computer skills and be able to easily adapt to new software programs
Must have working knowledge off MS Office Programs; inclusive of creating WORD templates for mail merging and Excel spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills with a comprehensive understanding of business etiquette correspondence

You must be bondable and able to obtain a security license as issued by the Ministry of the Attorney General/Security Programs division.
