Account Executive


You are an accomplished Travel and Health Insurance Sales Agent who is ready to take his / her career to the next level. You are entrepreneurial, eager to learn and want to make a lot of money! You love challenge and you would do anything to eventually become a Partner within an innovative, growing organization. My Client, a well-known national player in its industry is looking for an Account Manager for the Burnaby office, who is eager to build and grow the organization to new heights. This is not the average Account Manager job for the average Insurance Broker! They offer 50-55K salary plus commission (in your first year you can easily make up to 90K), great benefits, perks, and, on the top of all that, a lot of growth potential with a reputable organization!


Account Manager Responsibilities:


*Generating new business opportunities

*Broker relationship management

*Overall responsibility for sales and production targets

*Strategy development and implementation

*Business development

*Closing sales leads

*Compliance management



Account Manager qualifications:


*Minimum of 1-5 years of health and travel insurance sales experience

*Desire and passion for sales/business development

*Proven track record in achieving sales quotas

*Superior written and verbal communication skills

*Results oriented with a ?can-do? attitude

*Strong interpersonal relationship skills

*Effective time management



What you can get as an Account Manager:

*On target earning potential: 90K in the first year (base salary between 50-55K, depending on experience, plus commission)
