Adecco is currently seeking over 20 business development agents for our client, a well established leader in the telecommunication industry based in Toronto. As a business development agent you will work in a challenging and exciting work environment with opportunity for advancement!

Business Development Agent Responsibilities:

*Generate leads and convert into opportunities,

*Answer inbound calls and identify client needs in order to offer the best suited product,

*Enter new customer data and update changes to existing client?s accounts,

*Investigate and troubleshoot client problems.

Requirements for the Business Development Agent:

*Call centre sales experience (an asset)

*Ease in building and maintaining relationships with clients;

*Strong written and verbal communication skills;

*Knowledge of customer relationship management software;

*Knowledge of MS Office Suite

*Available from Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6PM
