Adecco is currently hiring for an Account Executive in downtown Toronto. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least three years of Customer Service business development experience.

Our client provides mentoring, coaching and professional development services to entrepreneurs and small businesses across the country. Our client which is located in several countries and employs over 1000 people world wide and provides an innovative and rewarding programs to their clients through interactive programs and prides themselves on a good work life balance and continual education and training to their employees.

The compensation package $50K which is the base salary, commission structure and a quarterly bonus structure for the first year and grows over next few years, 6 weeks vacation, continuing education, RRSP matching, full benefits and tremendous room for growth within the organization.

Account Executive Job Description

Show strong stakeholder management skills by ascertaining clients needs, addressing all client issues and assist with sourcing solutions for all parties
Assess existing client issues and develop solutions for new prospects through facilitating, present and provide Value Add service to clients by providing updates and training to the new prospect
Generate referrals from existing business through relationship building and professional representation of company and their services
Attend industry specific events to increase business revenue streams through effective networking

Account Executive Mandatory Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of customer service based solutions selling within a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
Hold a College or University Degree or Diploma
Exposure to working with various levels of customers both internal and external specifically in retention and training tasks
Able to achieve goals through proactive selling both over the phone and in person
Strong analysis and stakeholder management experience
Excellent Communication skills – oral, presentation and written as will be interacting with senior level management
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems
