Job description
As part of the Client Services team, the Bilingual Account Executive is responsible for supporting an enterprise account, or for managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, their relationship, as well as their gross margin and wallet share. The Bilingual Account Executive is responsible for demonstrating period-over-period revenue growth, long-term profitability, and client retention. The Bilingual Account Executive will be involved with the client during the life of their partnership with The Bilingual Account Executive will be the voice of the client, the advocate on product and service needs, and will gain an in-depth knowledge of Engage's products and offerings. Success will be determined by resolving problems presented by clients, retention of business, renewing contracts, and managing the day-to-day needs of clients. Overall, the Bilingual Account Executive is accountable for optimizing customer engagement and reinforcing the value of transacting with Engage.





RESPONSIBILITES

Supports an account portfolio; develops client portfolio, growth plan, and transaction based forecasts.
Provides excellent client service and offers support to meet clients' needs.
Uncovers new opportunities within portfolio to drive growth.
On-boards new accounts seamlessly into the portfolio from the Business Development team.
Builds and maintains annual account portfolio plans.


Interprets information gathered, and develops and presents (orally and in writing) sound business conclusions.
Delivers desired reporting results, analysis, and programs on a timely basis.
Enlists the support of manager, operational resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as required.
Coordinates company executive involvement with customer management as required.
Works closely with Analytics, Fulfillment, and Call Centre resources to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
Assists in sales, pre-sales, implementations, and consulting service activities.






QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in English plus Spanish (oral and written) required.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum five years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment, including account leadership and client business development.
