Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our client's expanding business. This is a full time permanent job based in Regina and is a dual outside sales and project management role. Our client is a Saskatchewan owned and operated sign design and manufacturing business that has been serving the Saskatchewan market for close to 40 years.

As the Regina Territory Sales & Project Manager you will work independently to initiate new business opportunities and to provide full scope services to new clients in Regina. This position requires a strong mechanical and/or technical aptitude. You will work with clients from initial introduction, through the concept consulting phase and see the project through final production and installation. You will act as the main liaison between the customer and the internal departments to ensure that each job is complete according to the job specifications and timeline identified.

Key responsibilities for the Territory Sales Representative job includes:
Sales activities: 50% of time
- Building & maintaining relationships with an existing book of business
- Sourcing new business opportunities through research, networking and some cold calling
- Provide feedback and recommendations on new products & services
- Sales forecasting, pricing strategies and reporting responsibilities

Project Management: 50% of time
- Meeting with clients and advising on design concepts
- Work closely with internal designers and production departments to ensure design concept is feasible
- Provide technical product information to customers
- Ensure timelines are consistently met through strong communication between internal departments and client

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven success in a sales environment.
- Ability to visualize design concepts while seeing through the reality of what is actually feasible.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage numerous client projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
- A technical background/knowledge of construction process (for example: an idea of how to secure a large sign to a building, how to read measurements etc)
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous knowledge of Epicor systems or SAP systems would be an asset
