Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full time Client Specialist for their offices in downtown Toronto. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least five years of customer service focused account and stakeholder management in either the financial services, risk or multi media industries. This role is specifically looking for someone who's background is in fixed income and FX (Foreign Exchange Trading) Focused

The compensation package is a generous base salary plus a bonus structure, 3 weeks vacation, continuing education, RRSP matching, full benefits and tremendous room for growth within the organization.

Client Specialist Job Description

Show strong stakeholder management skills by ascertaining clients needs, addressing all client issues and assist with sourcing solutions for all parties
Facilitate, present and provide Value Add service to clients by providing updates and training to any new and existing products brought to market
Assess existing client issues, develop solutions, take orders and escalate any additional problems to the sales specialist team
Generate referrals to outside sales teams for new business through relationship building and professional representation of company and their services
Coordinate with Account Management team to provide assistance to clients for both existing and newly implemented systems

Client Specialist Mandatory Qualifications:

Significant Industry qualifications are required – i.e. CFA, MBA, CMT, CSC or Mutual Fund license
Strong knowledge of financial services including fixed income, foreign exchange trading, insurance and equities as will be interacting with client base which is made of financial advisors, brokers and dealers on a daily basis
College or University Degree or Diploma in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business Management
Exposure to working with various levels of customers both internal and external specifically in retention and training tasks
Outstanding experience in training and innovation to assist in the continuing education process of all levels of client
Strong analysis, stakeholder management and project management experience
Excellent Communication skills – oral, presentation and written
Superior organization and time management skills
Exceptional computer skills including working with Excel, CRM’s and MIS Systems
