Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full time Outside Sales Representative inMississauga. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least 3 - 5 years of customer service focused sales experience in the construction industry. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative who is interested in joining a team that is committed to providing both scaffolding and decorative fencing for both rental and purchase to the construction world. This client has been in Ontario for the past twelve years and has been a strong force in construction in Quebec for the past twenty five years.

This Outside Sales Representative role offers a generous compensation package that includes 3 weeks vacation and full benefits after 3 months, as well as a company cell phone, laptop, mileage reimbursement and great quarterly bonus payout on both leasing and retail sales.

Outside Sales Representative Job Description:

Effectively promote fencing and scaffolding products for both purchase and leasing to the construction industry
Show strong stakeholder management skills by ascertaining clients needs, addressing all client issues and facilitating solutions for all parties
Maintenance of leads and opportunities generated by own activities, referrals and organic growth and following up on activities via CRM program
Implement client’s needs via site visit, estimating needs – including staffing and product needs – and developing plan as to how to move forward – will be required to draw out plan and submit for AutoCAD design development
Develop and implement sales plan and marketing strategies by ascertaining the market place and creating an attainable diagram of what needs to happen to achieve goals


Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:

3 - 5 years experience in customer service focused business development roles preferably in the construction industry
Strong analysis, communication, stakeholder management and business development experience
Able to provide solutions to present and future business partners through detailed analysis of situation, estimating work that needs to be completed and ensuring the installation of the product at the customers site
Looking for a self starter who is interested in constant learning
Effective interaction with installation, design, accounting and customer service colleagues on a daily basis
