The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others. The ability to consistently meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple tasks is critical in this role. Regional Sales Representative job responsibilities:

- Develops new account prospects utilizing telemarketing, direct mail and other sales techniques. Creates and conducts effective sales presentations. Leads the Request for Proposal process for accounts in the assigned areas.
- Develops account plans and strategies to achieve annual personal and organizational sales and gross margin dollar objectives.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of the Adecco brand and awareness through advertising and public relations activities, such promotional programs, job fairs and as a participating member of civic organizations.
- Maintains an awareness of market dynamics and competitor activities to ensure Adecco is providing competitive, leading edge products and service
- Services and continues to develop accounts uncovered by personal sales efforts. Meets with key client decision makers on a regular basis to enhance Adecco?s position, bring value added service to the relationship and provide information on new services.


- Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Minimum three (3) years working experience in a direct, new business sales role, preferably in the service industry.
- Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
- Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and e-mail applications
- Expereince with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is an asset
