We have a Permanent Placement Coach and Trainer job available in the Toronto, ON area. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to Adecco colleagues and management with respect to permanent placement strategies, processes and best practices to facilitate the growth and success of the permanent placement business nationally. You will act as a senior resource; developing, facilitating and coordinating permanent placement focused coaching and training programs, coordinating sales and marketing initiatives and managing the communication of monthly results, sales contests and reward programs.

As the successful Permanent Placement Coach and Trainer candidate, you have several years experience in a successful permanent placement 360 desk role as well as previous training or supervisory experience. You are able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced organization, and are looking for an opportunity to share your experience and success with others. You are professional, positive and have a can-do attitude.

The Permanent Placement Coach and Trainer job duties and responsibilities include:

? Develops and customizes thorough web based and in person on boarding and training programs responding to the training needs within the permanent placement line of business.
? Along with the Practice Leaders, provides one on one customized coaching to Placement Consultants (PCO?s) and Recruitment Consultants including role playing sessions; with a focus on areas of improvement.
? In collaboration with the Marketing Department, promotes consistent branding for Adecco Professional and provides training to colleagues on how to effectively use Adecco?s Marketing tools.
? Acts as the main liaison to connect the permanent placement effort nationally, ensuring that training is conducted regularly and consistently. Participates in regular calls with colleagues in the permanent placement line of business to discuss training, sales, marketing and results with the objective of providing motivation to the team and impacting results.
? Tracks and manages the PCO?s monthly ranking results. Communicates successes nationally through mediums such as Share the Good and national all colleague, regional and permanent placement calls/meetings.
? Leads and coordinates all aspects of the quarterly Reward Program for permanent placement sales results as well the Client Loyalty Program.

Permanent Placement Coach and Trainer Job Qualifications:

- Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Minimum of 8 years work experience within a sales/service oriented business environment; minimum 3-5 years of which have been in a 360 desk permanent placement role.
- Previous training and/or supervisory experience is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.
- Above average computer skills including MS Office and internet savvy.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to travel within Canada.
