Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Telesales Representative in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for the Bilingual Telesales Representative role, you must be Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written, have IT sales experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Our client is a highly innovative, reliable, and leading multi-national organization in the IT industry. This Bilingual Telesales Representative role is an 8-month contract and has a pay rate of $28.00 per hour.

Bilingual Telesales Representative Responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordinating with Regional Account Managers to successfully identify priority accounts within the Higher Education area, and connect them with appropriate licensing and campaign programs in high-level territory plan
• Responsible for handling a large volume of calls
• Ensuring the execution of current licensing programs and campaigns through CRM activities are accurately executed
• Responsible for successfully solving customer issues and challenges
• Responsible for developing and maintaining product knowledge
• Responsible for participating in “story-telling:” Models advanced forms of consultative-based selling with decision makers; becomes a trusted advisor
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews, which result in accurate forecasting, tracking of leads and opportunities, and quota assignments
• Responsible for ensuring a relationship management with customers, partners, and colleagues to generate leads

Bilingual Telesales Representative Qualifications:
• Must be Bilingual – must be able to speak, read, and write in French
• IT Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Ability to act in a professional and polished manner
• Excellent customer service skills – must be extremely customer focused and have a genuine passion for providing a high level of service
• Business acumen – ability to speak with customers about their line of work
• Strong ability to communicate with others and to do storytelling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
