Adecco has an exciting permanent job opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and charismatic Regional Sales Manager for one of our clients in Ottawa, ON. The position involves motivating, leading and recruiting a dynamic group of sales representatives;also

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring budgeted sales targets are achieved and exceeded. The successful incumbent will lead and develop a team of sales professionals maintaining positive and collaborative business relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers.

The Regional Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

-Manage and direct a team of sales representatives responsible for selling products within assigned territories,
-Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets
-Following and establishing sales guidelines and procedures.
-Recruit, train, coach and develop new and existing talent using a variety of methods field
-In charge of a sales programs & sales activities to maximize sales opportunities.
-Ensure new talents adhere to company policies, procedures, appropriate product information, as well as all services information, by providing relative information through mandatory meetings.
-Exemplify company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
-Plan and deliver consistent revenue profit by creating a high energy sales culture
-Lead and coach a sales team through ways to improve sales performance
-On-boarding, integration sales skills development training
-Participate in planning and organizing various lead generation processes, such as; trade shows, exhibitions and local strategic events
- Contribute and maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, personal networks and participating in professional groups

The Regional Sales Manager should possess the following qualifications and experience:

-Must be Bilingual: French & English
- A Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant industry experience
-3 to 5 years sales leadership experience preferred.
-Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
-Proven team building and leadership skills
- Ability to provide solutions for customers
-Facility to travel for designated training,
-Strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as result oriented
-Self-motivated and able to work independently taking initiative in identifying and resolving problems
-A positive change champion with ambitious results and entrepreneurial drive

Other Requirements:

-Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- There is requirement to pass criminal background checks and security clearances
-Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
