A full-time permanent Sales Manager job in Calgary, AB has become available courtesy of Adecco. You must have experience directing multiple delivery routes and experience managing and coaching sales representatives. You will oversee and guide mobile staff to delivery and pick up product and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The company is well established, and is a leader within their industry. The salary for this position starts at $60,000, and will include bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Sales Manager Requirements:

Oversee personnel and ride along on sales route multiple times a week
Maintain excellent customer relationships
Help with interviewing, hiring and training key sales staff
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Direct route operations to ensure efficient operations
Promote a customer service first attitude
Coach and direct up to 15 personnel to improve overall performance
Meet and exceed goals such as bringing in new clients, increasing revenue, and customer satisfaction


Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
Experience in coordinating multiple delivery routes
A background in sales would be an asset
Experience in managing mobile sales representatives is an asset
Post-secondary education is preferred
Must have graduated High School or equivalent
Knowledge Calgary and the traffic patterns involved is an asset
